Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

How to Start a Return

    • Please do not send your item(s) without first obtaining a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA #). Items sent back to us without a RMA # will not be accepted.
  2. Return Conditions:

    • Your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
    • Include the receipt or proof of purchase with your return.
  3. Shipping Instructions:

    • Ship your item(s) to the address provided by us, using a trackable and insured shipping method.
    • You are responsible for the shipping costs and bear the risk of loss or damage during transit.
  4. Return Approval:

    • Once we receive your item(s), we will inspect them and notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
    • If approved, we will process your refund.

Damages and Issues

  • Inspection: Please inspect your order upon reception.
  • Report Issues: Contact us immediately at info@reluxehome.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

  • Fastest Method: The quickest way to get the item you want is to return the original item. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

    • We will issue a refund to your original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.
    • Original shipping costs will be deducted from your refund, unless the return is due to our error or the item is damaged or defective.
  2. Processing Time:

    • We will process your refund within 30 days of receiving and approving your return. Depending on your payment method and bank, it may take longer for the refund to appear in your account.
    • We will send you a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.
